"I was recently referred to this agent Monica Dunston who helped me with switching from my old insurance to adding my new driver (daughter) to auto and added rental insurance . when I say she help me so much with grace and professionalism I wish I had found her so long ago . It needed to add a new vehicle it took no time for her to get back to me with a quote and policy ready to start… if you want prompt action ask for Monica 10star rating."

"Disappointed with my service and overall experience with this particular agent and her staff, have been a customer for years and at this point, I can't count the number of times I was promised a call back or follow up and got nothing - leaving dangling issues unresolved for months. The inability to make simple changes to my policy online and having to go through the agent is an explicable failure in today's technological age, especially when the agents are unable or otherwise unwilling to make the simple changes on your behalf. 3 star for the few times that my requests were actually addressed and overall reasonable value for insurance products offered, can't say it was all bad, but at this point the frustration is not worth it going forward."

"The only good thing I have to say about this office is that they answer the phones consistently. As others have noted, they are not knowledgeable, responsive, or efficient. I was reluctant to submit this review, but after repeated requests for professional assistance and expert advice I have no other choice. I want to inform others of my experience. "My husband and I have extensive issues and poor customer service. It has been incredibly frustrating. Our account was listed incorrectly with my husband as not being in the military, and our state is now 3 days away from revoking our car registration for no insurance and State Farm is refusing to provide us the corrected documents."

"Having been covered under State Farm for 23 years, I can say that the past two years with the office of Tianya Edgerton's office have been uncharacteristically unpleasant The employees at this location are neither knowledgeable nor efficient nor forthcoming in their transfer and managing of our household's policies."

"I have been getting my renters insurance from Tianya ever since I moved to Old Town ~3 years ago. The staff are always very friendly when I call and I get what I need sorted in a timely manner. Yasminth helped me recently update my renter's policy for moving and it was sorted in less than 24 hours. Tianya also sends lovely holiday cards and I always appreciate it."

"I recently switched my insurance I had been trying to get auto insurance established for almost two months and the only reason I have it now is because I called the 1-800 number and set it up myself. I called multiple times and even stopped by the office and that STILL did not expedite the service. I recommend that you leverage another agency. I have had State Farm for over a decade and I was not pleased with the lack of service I received. I am currently transferring agencies."

"DO NOT CALL OR DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY!! STAY AWAY. Called for info and they CREATED AND OPENED up a Policy. NEVER said or agreed on a Policy with this agency, started sending us a Policy and Bill. Have reached out and called and mailed to them and to State Farm Corporate about this Fraud. Have no response and am still receiving Bills monthly. Ridiculous"

"I don't drive much after retirement, especially after pandemic. I emailed Tianya for any premium reduction possibility. I received a call from Yasminth C. from her office. She pointed to taking a DMV-approved online 8 hrs Driving Improvement Course. I took the course and passed the final exam. I am waiting to see my premium to drop."
